Anything you order from us, survey, manufacture, delivery, installation and guarantee, is governed by our terms of business, not by this page.
Guide prices are estimates
The estimate tool on this website gives a guide range based on typical projects. It is not a quotation and it is not an offer. Your actual price is confirmed in writing only after a survey, because it depends on the window, the fixings, the finish and the access.
Photography and content
Photographs, copy, drawings and specification detail on this site belong to us or to our manufacturing partner, and are published to show what we make. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Product photography shows real installations; finishes vary with light, and screens do not reproduce colour reliably, always decide from a physical sample.
Availability
We keep the site working and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Where a specification changes, the version confirmed on your quotation is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
