Historic ShutterLove Orders
ShutterLove South Ltd and ShutterLove UK Ltd (company number 08819688) are separate limited companies and have historically operated independently, notwithstanding their use of shared ShutterLove branding and website.
ShutterLove South Ltd is responsible only for contracts entered into with ShutterLove South Ltd. If your original quotation, order confirmation or invoice identifies ShutterLove UK Ltd as your supplier, your contract — including any warranty or guarantee provided under it — is with ShutterLove UK Ltd.
ShutterLove South Ltd has not assumed responsibility for the historic contracts, warranties or guarantees issued by ShutterLove UK Ltd.
We appreciate that the historic use of shared ShutterLove branding may make this distinction unclear to some customers. If you are unsure which company supplied your products, please check your original invoice or contact us and we will try to help identify your original supplier.
Although we cannot accept liability for another company's warranty obligations, we may be able to assist with repairs, replacement parts or servicing on a chargeable basis.
